C’K Design works with private clients in prime central London, guiding residential projects from initial conversation through to completion.
Each space is approached with the same level of care and technical rigour, whether a single suite or an entire property.
I work across the full project from initial brief and spatial strategy through to technical delivery and site oversight. The entry point depends on where the client is in their process.
Meet the Founder
I am Cuthbert Kasonde, founder of C’K Design.
My work sits at the intersection of architecture and interior. I understand how a building comes together structurally, how to coordinate complex consultant teams, and how to maintain design intent from concept to completion.
This technical foundation is deliberate. It is what separates a design that appears resolved from one that truly is.
Private clients at this level are not looking to be impressed. They are looking for confidence in the thinking, the process, and the outcome.
That is what I provide.

How I work
Every project is led personally, with full involvement from first conversation through to final site visit. This level of attention is only possible by working with a limited number of clients at any one time.
C’K Design is built on direct relationships, ensuring clarity, accountability and continuity throughout the project.
Engagements often begin with a single space a principal suite, reception room or study expanding only where required. The scope develops carefully, without pressure to commit beyond what the project needs.
I work directly with private clients and their advisors, including buying agents, property managers and consultants. All communication and decisions are handled personally.
For clients at an early stage, whether considering a purchase or beginning to think about what a space could become, I offer a Spatial Review. A focused assessment of the existing conditions to understand the potential, the constraints and what it would take to realise the best version of the property.
This is often the most valuable conversation to have before any design work begins.
